Bitchin Kitchen

Have you seen this show yet? I caught it this past weekend and I couldn't decide if I loved it or hated it. She talks excessively with her hands and has this semi-annoying accent that sounds a bit forced. But for some reason I kept watching it and then watched another episode and then another. This is all pretty out of the ordinary for me since it's on the new Cooking Channel which I pretty much avoid at all costs due to the fact that they have a show from the mid 90's called Two Fat Ladies. Yep, it's two very overweight British women who cook the grossest, fattiest looking stuff. One of them would even light up a cigarette at the end of the meal. I just have mental images of her dropping cigarette ashes in her bacon wrapped duck concoction and still eating it....with her hands. Blech.

  Side note, just googled them to get this pic and found the one who smoked had lung cancer and passed away in 1999. Go figure. 

Anyways, my obsessive-compulsive-wash-my-hands-every-two-seconds self avoids the Cooking Channel except now I'm intrigued by the Bitchin Kitchen so I'll have to stay on Fat Lady patrol when flipping through the stations.
