Wallpaper on the ceiling and 1/4 of the wall. Simple (and less expensive than papering an entire wall) yet creates so much impact!
(And is it just me or does that look like ET holding a pumpkin on the console?)
Don't feel like messing with moldings? You can create a similar feel just by using two colors of paint. This color combo above is spectacular. That mauvey/purple/gray! Yes!!
