You see that wallpaper?
A 2011 prediction has been made over at ShelterPop.
The "It" pattern of the year.
Honeycomb.
I just put a fabric in a pattern similar to this on a bulletin board and desk chair awhile ago. And come to think of it, a cheapo shower curtain I bought has this pattern on it as well.
And I do believe I thought of using it in the background of the new blog design.
Well done ShelterPop, well done.
Love this ceiling detail. This is a restaurant but in a residential application I think it would look even better in a white molding with a colored ceiling. Or maybe a monochromatic thing. A deeper tone on the ceiling and then a lighter tone of the same color on the actual molding. This same idea could even be applied to a focal wall or in an entry area.
This carpet is pretty spectacular and the room is also in my new favorite color trio; navy, creamy beige and pink.
Not a fan of the green and brown colors. Just as bad as blue and brown. Yek. But I do like the pattern on the one wall and the continuation of it on the floor. It could look really busy but somehow does not.

Much more interesting than your run-of-the-mill shelf bracket.
Pretty bold floor choice. I think (hope) this is a retail space.
Ooooohhhh.... I like.
