This is me being so excited about a project done by someone else that I am almost in tears. While on the hunt for some pictures of DIY chandeliers for my friend's wedding I came across A Penny Saved Blog and this blue beauty that made my head spin. How is it possible that this was crafted by someone?

Britt, the crafty/brilliant author of the blog said her beginning inspiration was the below pic and then noticed the Dollar Store Crafts site (yes, it does exist) also had a pretty good tutorial on it.
